Drake & Morgan appoints Muzaffer as operations manager

London pub operator Drake & Morgan has promoted Taskin Muzaffer to operations manager.

Muzaffer will oversee day-to-day operations across the existing three sites — with a fourth due to open in October. He was previously in charge of launching each of the three venues.

Muzaffer's previous experience includes stints as a general manager of Babushka and general manager of Harvey Nichols 5th Floor in London.

He joined Drake & Morgan in 2008 as general manager of the Refinery venue before being promoted to openings manager.

His initial focus will be on launching the Folly in the City.

"The Folly will confirm Drake & Morgan as a mould-breaking trendsetter in the capital's bar and restaurant world and it's fantastic being part of the driving force offering consumers something different in the capital," said Muzaffer.
