The special relationship between Britain and the US has been cemented over bottles of English ale Hobgoblin.
David Cameron and Barack Obama swapped beers at the G20 summit in Toronto on Saturday.
Cameron presented Obama with 12 Hobgoblin beers, brewed in his Whitney constituency in Oxfordshire.
In return, Obama's gift to the Prime Minister — 24 bottles of Goose Island beer - hails from his home city of Chicago.
The Mirror reports that the exchange followed a bet made between the two leaders about the outcome of England versus USA in the World Cup — it was a draw so both paid up.
