Three London bars are taking part in a campaign to drive sales of Italian cured meats in the UK.

Bars taking part are Mews of Mayfair, Drake & Morgan's Anthologist and the Living Room in West London.

The Istituto Valorizzazione Salumi Italiani and the Italian Trade Commission are running the drive, following the success of their SalumiAmo campaign in France, Belgium and Germany.

Six London venues are involved in the campaign to help educate Britons about Italian meats, including bresaola della valtellina, mortadella Bologna, prosciutto di San Daniele and salame cacciatore.

The meats are being sliced in front of customers during a weekly tasting, which is being held at each venue for three weeks.
