InnBrighton buys flagship Old Orleans site in Brighton

InnBrighton has added a flagship site to its 43-strong estate — the city's former Old Orleans outlet in the Lanes area.

InnBrighton, the largest operator of pubs and clubs in Brighton, has added a flagship site to its 43-strong estate — the city's former Old Orleans outlet in the Lanes area.

The 650m² site is a significant addition to the InnBrighton estate, which contains units in most parts of the city, including five sites on the lower esplanade of Brighton's iconic seafront.

Commenting on the acquisition, chief executive Gavin George said: "This is a beautiful building that will give us an amazing shop front for the quintessentially Brighton offering that we endeavour to provide residents and visitors to the city.

"There's lots of space for enjoying great food, drink and entertainment and the location is one of the best in the city."

The site trades over two floors and spans a significant proportion of one of the "Lanes", a vibrant entertainment district of Brighton and Hove.

Neighbouring properties include Jamie's Italian, Zizzi's, Pizza Express, Lucky Voice and a number of traditional pubs.
