Shares in Enterprise Inns rose 14 per cent after the UK's second-biggest pub landlord said it had signed a new £625m borrowing facility and hinted it might reinstate dividend payments soon - Financial Times

Enterprise Inns has ruled out making a rights issue to shore up its balance sheet, after successfully refinancing a £1bn loan. The pub owner has agreed a new £625m loan facility with its banks, which lasts until the end of 2013. The company's shares have suffered in recent months on concern it would fail to refinance the loan and have to turn to investors -The Telegraph
