Conservative leader David Cameron surprised the Marston's owned Wychwood Brewery with a visit at the weekend.
He met with employees at the Witney site, in his own constituency, before enjoying a tour and a pint of Hobgoblin.
"We were really pleased to get a personal visit from Mr. Cameron," said marketing manager Chris Keating.
"It's great to see that even in the midst of the electoral campaign he hasn't forgotten about the people and businesses within his home constituency.
"He took a real interest in the brewing process and how we create the unique flavours of Wychwood beers by traditionally crafting them."
It is Cameron's third visit to a brewery, following trips to Fuller's and Marston's in Burton-on-Trent.
