What are customers looking for when they choose where to watch the football? It's a simple question but is perhaps one of the most important you need to consider when planning your World Cup activity.

According to Carlsberg and findings by market research company IPSOS, 93 per cent of fans choose a venue they are familiar with and 80 per cent chose a venue with a good atmosphere.

The opportunity is there, so to find out what else you can do to attract people into your pub, we took to the streets and asked the customers themselves.
