The finalists in the Morning Advertiser's Great British Pub Food Awards' pub company awards have been revealed.
The 2010 winners will be announced at an awards night on 11 March at Plaisterers' Hall, London.
The finalists for Food Operator (branded) are: Mitchells & Butlers; Town & City Pub Company and Whitbread.
In the Food Operator (unbranded) the finalists are: Drake & Morgan, Geronimo Inns and Mole Face Pub Company.
Food Concept of the Year finalists are: Mitchells & Butlers' Crown Carveries, Greene King's Hungry Horse and Marston's Inns & Taverns' Milestone.
The special achievement award to an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the pub food industry will also be announced.
The awards night brings together the results of the MA's chefs' competition with pub company food awards.
The Pub Chef of the Year 2010 will also be announced. The winning chef will have the honour of having a menu devised by themselves served to the 350 guests attending the awards night.
