Booker sale on meat and veg
Food and drink wholesaler Booker has slashed prices on a range of meat and vegetables.
Low prices on fifteen meat and eight vegetable products will remain in effect until 18 March.
Chicken drumsticks are £3.99 for 1.65kg or two for the price of five and fresh lean minced beef is £3.69 per kg.
White washed potatoes can be bought for £3.98 per 20kg and cooking onions are on offer at £2.98 for 10kg.
Deals on fish such as sea bass (1.15kg for £13.99) are included in the offer.
"These low prices offer our customers amazing value," said sales director of catering Ron Hickey.
"We have selected the most important vegetables to our customers and the most popular cuts of meat so they can operate a profitable business.
"These prices are very competitive and we have are delighted to give our customers the confidence that their costs will not increase over the coming months."
