Pub training awards shortlist announced
The BII's Awarding Body will announce the winners of the National Industry Training Awards (NITAs) at its annual conference.
The fourth annual conference will be held at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry on 18 February and will also feature a host of high-profile speakers.
Presentations include:
• New business opportunities from BIIAB — Cathie Smith, director of BIIAB
• Changes to the security industry portfolio — Tony Holyland, competence development manager for the SIA
• What the sector skills network means to the industry — John McNamara, chief executive of the Alliance of Sector Skills Councils
• The digital environment — Jonathan Stemp, BII Director of ICT
• Statistics that could help your business — Katy Moses, business development manager from him!
• PR for your business in 2010 — Andrew Pring, editor of BIIBUSINESS
The conference will begin with registration at 9.30am and is scheduled to finish at 2pm. Tickets cost just £55 per delegate and the booking deadline is 5 February
