Marston's is to revive its tongue-in-cheek campaign for Pedigree, to promote the beer's permanent adoption of the red and white livery of the England flag.
The ads will include the lines "We brew pale ale, others brew pale imitations," and "They don't brew beers like they used to, but we do."
The brand first sported red and white this May as part of its support of the England cricket team ahead of this year's Ashes contest and the brewer confirmed it had sold a "record amount" of Pedigree this summer.
"As the official beer of English cricket, England's Ashes victory brought Pedigree to the attention of more cricket-loving beer drinkers than ever before," said marketing manager Des Gallagher.
"The striking red and white livery on our cans, bottles and pump clips caught the eye of patriotic beer drinkers across the country."
The new red and white pumpclips are available to pubs now along with the new-look bottles and cans, which are being rolled out across the off-trade.
