After a rigorous judging process, the finalists in The Publican Food & Drink Awards 2009 can be revealed.
Getting this far is an achievement in itself and the overall winners will be crowned at a ceremony at London's Intercontinental Hotel on November 3.
Caroline Nodder, The Publican's editor, said: "Finalists and winners are proven to be the very best in the business. They run slick business operations offering quality food and drink, while retaining the charm and character of a people-focussed business. They are role models for new entrants to the trade and offer ideas and innovation to all of us within the pub industry."
