Brewer Camerons is giving a customer the chance to create a beer that will go on sale throughout its estate.

People who buy a pint of any Camerons ale at one of its 60 plus participating pubs will be given the chance to enter the 'Brew Your Own' competition.

The winner will create their own beer with head brewer Martin Dutoy at the brewery in Hartlepool, and invent a name and pump clip design with the marketing team.

Yousef Doubooni, Camerons marketing manager, said: "It will be fantastic to invite a member of the public to Camerons to work with Martin and his brewing team to produce their own special cask ale beer.

"The winner will get a real insight in to the brewing process and will also be involved in developing a name and design for this beer.

"Our onsite microbrewery, The Lions Den gives us the flexibility to do small batch runs of guest ales and trial brews and is the ideal venue for us to develop this beer".
