The on-trade soft drinks category is set to be shaken up by a raft of new products from the Feel Good Drinks Company.
The soft drinks producer is relaunching its kids range to offer new kid-friendly packaging at a lower price point, and it is also now offering a PET range of drinks as well as sharing options for the on-trade.
Feel Good Kids is a range of drinks packaged in wedge-shaped Tetra packs. The 180ml wedge packs replace the company's original kids range, which were packaged in 250ml bottles.
"Consumer research indicated that this packaging would better appeal to kids and parents, and it also enables us to offer better value for money," said MD Dave Wallwork.
The drinks are made from natural ingredients, made up of two thirds juice and one third water, with no added sugar or "nasties". The range, which is aimed at the six to 12-year-old market, features flavours of orange, pineapple & banana, and blackcurrant, apple & grape. One carton could potentially be priced around 99p per unit through pubs.
"Our Feel Good Kids drinks are all about offering the healthy, fruity goodness and hydration that parents are looking for, but with the great taste and fun that makes kids feel good," said Wallwork.
The company is also bringing out a range of drinks packaged in PET bottles to support its existing glass bottle range. The 400ml PET bottle range will include three still and three sparkling variants, which will suit on-trade operators looking for safer outdoor drink options.
Feel Good Drinks is also rolling out its 750ml range of drinks to the on-trade as a sharing option for groups of customers.
