A new "Have you got a WKD side" TV ad for the ready-to-drink (RTD) brand, set in a pub, is to air this month.
The 30-second "Chair" ad, which focuses on attempts to find the elusive spare seat in the pub, is to run from late March until the start of May.
It will be shown alongside the current WKD ad called "Robot" and point of sale material for the new advert will be available.
"Our ads always contain a healthy dose of irreverent humour and are set in easily recognisable, everyday situations," said Karen Salters, marketing director at brand owner Beverage Brands.
"The ads work so well because, although they wouldn't necessarily behave in the same way as our characters, viewers are familiar with the scenarios used and appreciate the somewhat cheeky approach to life depicted.
"Evidence of the long-lasting success of our campaign is that the ads themselves withstand the test of time. It's great to be back on air with yet another new ad, but it is equally pleasing to again show an ad first seen in 2006, knowing that consumers still find it fresh and entertaining.
"The new ad is set in a regular pub, again underlining Beverage Brands' continued support for licensees. The humorous scenario gives an insight into the fun times shared in pubs with mates; the kind of thing that can't be replicated at home, and forms part of our wider plans to get people out of their armchairs and into pub chairs."
