With more pubs looking to take on the coffee bars, Booker has launched a range of muffins and flapjacks into its Lichfields Luxury range.
Each product is individually wrapped and is ideal for pubs to serve alongside a hot drink, boosting customer spend. Counter top packaging displays the range.
Both come in mixed cases including double chocolate, blueberry, chocolate chunk and lemon & sultana muffins, and oat & syrup, cranberry & blueberry and Belgian chocolate flapjacks. both products are in counter top packaging.
Ron Hickey, Booker director of catering, said: "With four types of muffins and three varieties of flapjacks in each case, we are sure there will be one for everyone's tastes. They are very profitable as the cost of a muffin works out at only 52p and a flapjack at only 46p."
