Marston's will offer licensees cost saving advice and ideas to boost summer sales in a new roadshow.
Highlights will include a "plancha" hot plate table where customers create their own dishes, a giant Connect Four beer garden game and seminars on how to order stock and pay staff online.
More top tips will be provided by a butcher who will demonstrate how to carve the cheaper cuts from a joint of meat without compromising on quality and interactive shows on how to create a pub website.
The show will also feature a keystone changing challenge and the chance to win £5,000 of outdoor pub equipment.
Pete Lyne, Head of Retail Solutions at Marston's said: "These roadshows are a way of showcasing the latest ideas and technology for publicans. Times are challenging in the industry and so we hope these shows will help our tenants and free traders find innovative ways to utilise their outdoor space and create better business efficiency by switching to online services to ensure a successful and profitable summer."
The roadshow will start off at Haydock Park Racecourse in St Helens on March 10 and will then be held at Hampshire Cricket Club, Southhampton on March 17, at York Racecourse on March 19, at Derby's Pride Park on March 24 and will conclude at Wolverhampton Racecourse on March 26.
Entry to the roadshow, which will be held between 11am to 4pm on these dates, is open to Marston's pubs, free trade outlets and Marston's stockists and is free to attend.
