Eleven top chefs have contributed beef and lamb recipes to a brand new recipe book produced by EBLEX to showcase quality beef and lamb dishes from the regions of England.

Passion! will feature recipes from the likes of Michelin Starred chefs, Pierre Koffmann, Jason Atherton, Paul Heathcote and Andreas Antona.

Foodservice project manager for EBLEX, Hugh Judd, said: "Glorious!, the forerunner to Passion! was produced three years ago to celebrate the launch of our Quality Standard scheme for beef and lamb. Just like Passion! it featured recipes from some of the country's finest chefs - and it proved so popular that to this day we still get requests for copies of the book, though supplies were long ago exhausted. And so we felt the time was right to produce a new, updated version."

The book features a variety of beef and lamb cuts and an array of different dishes, from rich and hearty recipes, such as Tony Binks' lamb and leek pudding to lighter classics such as black and blue beef fillet with sunshine salad from Andrew Nutter.
