Christie+Co is re-marketing four of the seven pubs it was instructed to sell on behalf of Heavitree Brewery last April.
The package of four pubs were under offer, but Christie+Co opted to sell the pubs individually to speed up the disposal.
Of the seven pubs the Devon-based pubco offered to the market, the two that have now sold are the Royal Standard in Shaldon and the Judge Jefferies in Exeter, both in Devon. The sale of the Cowley Bridge Inn, in Exeter, is being processed.
As the four properties are all being run under agency or direct management in order to speed the sales process and provide for vacant possession, no turnover figures or profit and loss accounts are available.
The wet-led Pen & Quill, in Taunton town centre, is on the market at £650,000, while the Wonford Inn, just off Exeter city centre, is a wet-only business on the market at £400,000.
The Heavitree Arms, in Newton Abbot, is for sale at £650,000. For the Windsor Castle, a 100% wet pub in the Heavitree area of Exeter, offers in excess of £350,000 are sought.
Jon Clyne, of Christie+Co, said: "These superb opportunities have attracted tremendous interest from corporate and private buyers and we are delighted to be openly marketing the remaining four."
