InBev UK has launched a new Stella Artois font along with the roll-out of a branded chalice glass to all Artois accounts.

The technically innovative one-out font, will gradually replace the traditional Stella Artois dispense unit and guarantees a perfect dispense every time.

The new font incorporates a variable tap control enabling bar staff to create the perfect head as well as reducing wastage, InBev claims.

InBev UK is backing up the quality-boosting initiative by making the La Famille Artois chalice pint and half-pint branded glassware available to all Artois stockists. The glass keeps Artois lagers 23 per cent colder than other pint glasses after ten minutes - so will enhance the drinking experience for pub-goers.

Steve Kitching, managing director - Commercial and Field Operations at InBev UK, said: "Product quality is at the heart of a good pub experience - and these developments will enable more retailers to deliver the standard that customers are increasingly demanding."

The new one-out font will be available to retailers from the end of August and InBev UK forecasts that around 9,000 units will be installed over the first four months.

The chalice glass which is made from toughened glass is shaped to retain the flavour of the beer and deliver just the right amount of head. The roll out is supported by an extensive poster ad campaign which has been running since April and will be seen by 11 million target consumers.
