Fleurets has reported strong interest in the 43 London Town sites that came onto the market last month.
The publicly-listed tenanted pub company is offering each pub as either a new assignable lease or new non-assignable tenancy and London Town has said it will discuss tenure on an individual basis.
London Town managing director Mark Crowther said: "With concerns about weak trading caused by the bad weather and smoking ban, in the short time the sites have been on the market with Fleurets we have been very encouraged by the response we have received to what is our first lettings campaign."
Sixty four per cent of the sites have had applications made for them and more than 70 people have attended viewings.
Andy Frisby, who is project managing the campaign at Fleurets, said: "These properties have not been available in the market before. This, coupled with the flexible approach being taken by London Town and the fact that these business opportunities represent excellent value, have resulted in our receiving strong levels of interest.
"The properties are located across the nation and, with the broad mix of pubs available, there is something for everybody. So far we have been really pleased with the response to the campaign.
"Having embarked on a strong advertising campaign in the likes of the Morning Advertiser, as well as a national and local PR drive, we are now in a situation where more than 7,000 people have viewed details of the properties on our bespoke London Town website: www.fleurets.com/londontown."
