Christie+Co is offering five leasehold pubs in London and Slough on behalf of the Three Wishes pubco.
The portfolio of high-street businesses comprises the Misty Moon bars in Barnet, Bethnal Green and Harlesden, the Wernham Hoggs in Slough and the Windmill in Sydenham.
Three Wishes is a small pubco with 16 pubs based in the Wembley area of North London. They are currently being operated as managed houses by the Three Wishes Group and the portfolio is being offered as free of tie.
The Three Wishes pubco is headed by Terry O'Sullivan former owner of the Wishing Well Group, which he sold to the Bar Group.
Neil Morgan, of Christie+
Co, said: "The bars are predominantly wet-led operations but offer scope to develop the food side of the business. Although currently run under management, these new leases would offer an ideal opportunity for an experienced owner-operator.
"Wernham Hoggs was formerly a Lloyds Number One and would suit a similar chameleon bar operation. The other four would be more suited to large wet-led operations. With remaining lease terms ranging from 10 to 27 years, we expect these prime high-street locations to generate substantial interest."
The pubs are priced from £125,000 to £300,000 for the Wernham Hoggs. Christie+Co is looking to sell the pubs as a group or individually.
