London Town, the publicly-listed tenanted pub company, is putting 43 new pubs up for lease.

Each pub has been earmarked as either a new assignable lease or new non-assignable tenancy and London Town has said it is happy to discuss tenure on an individual basis.

Andy Frisby of Fleurets, which is handling the sale, said: "There is something for everybody in this letting campaign, with pubs ranging from destination food-houses to urban wet-led community pubs, plus all that sits in between.

"The pubs span the length and breadth of the country. Together with London Town, we are seeking applicants with vision, drive and enthusiasm, coupled with the energy and desire to be their own boss - plus a little old fashioned gumption."

Mark Crowther of London Town said: "Where an applicant has restricted funding, we can help ease the initial barriers of the minimum capital required and guide rent, considering each opportunity alongside the applicant on special terms, tailored to suit that individual.

"It's our intention to nurture talent into the trade and provide assistance throughout the initial start up period, to help individuals on their way to owning their own business.

"Talking costs nothing. If you have a proposal to make or wish to seek guidance, then London Town want to speak to you!"

Two open-house viewing days have been scheduled at each pub for the weeks commencing 2 July and 16 July 2007.

Fleurets staff will be on site and no appointment is needed. See "www.fleurets.com/londontown for more details.
