Promotional organisation Wines of South Africa (L40 and L50) will have themed tasting zones devoted to rosé wines, Rhône-style blends, Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc to demonstrate the variety on offer from the country.
There will be at least 12 wines from each category covering a range of price points in each.
The organisation will also launch a new cook book at the fair. Summertime, South African Rosé & Tapas is a collection of 20 recipes matched to different styles of South African pink wines.
The book will tie-in with a website where pub owners will be able to download PoS for a rosé promotion.
The Wines of South Africa stand also offers the chance to check out seven wineries that are either black-owned or part of the black economic empowerment initiative.
Over on the Bottle Green stand (D68) there's the chance to see African Dawn, a range of wines endorsed by the World Wildlife Fund and the first in the UK with cork and label paper approved by the Forest Stewardship Council.
The fruits of a new joint venture between winemakers Martin Meinert and Ken Forrester will be on show through Great Western Wine (D12). The Winery Road range is named after the pair's restaurant in Stellenbosch, and will be available to taste alongside Forrester's own Icon Chenin and Meinert's Synchronicity wines.
An on-trade exclusive range under the name Colours is being launched by Spier on the PLB stand (F60).
The range includes a Chenin/Sauvignon Blanc blend and Chardonnay, Merlot, Pinotage and rosé wines. Spier says the aim has been to "satisfy demand for well-structured, fruit-driven South African wines in the on-trade".
A new-look Cape Grace range will be on the Thierry's Wine Services stand (Q10).
