The 3663 Live Food Experience will cover a range of topics to help pubs build their business, provide a place where visitors can pick up innovative meal ideas from industry chefs and learn about new products. It will also offer plenty of opportunities to get involved with tasting areas and audience participation. Events will include:
The Lamb Experience - Expert butcher Glenn Eastwood from The Barton Meat Company will be demonstrating the different cuts available and how to get the best out of them. David Wood, 3663's client development manager, will be on hand to cook up some recipes using the different choice cuts selected.
The Fish Experience - Shaun Hill, executive head chef at 3663, will be demonstrating an exciting selection of recipes from the recently launched and incredibly popular range of fresh fish from 3663. There will also be a specialist session on how to fillet fish.
Menu Planning - David Wood, client development manager at 3663 will be advising on all aspects of menu planning, from marketing through to food costs with hints, tips and recipe suggestions. The 3663 Live Food Experience will have two tasting areas, one showcasing the White's range of products and the other introducing the new, exclusive 'Di Capri' range of authentic Italian dishes.
Premium range White's will be previewing and demonstrating eight centre plate items and six new desserts. The 3663 development team will provide inspiration on how to add your individual finishing touch to these products.
Also launching at the show is the new 'Pasta Di Capri' range of authentic Italian pastas and calzones available exclusively to 3663. This range is an addition to the 'Di Capri' family of products that builds on the resounding success of the existing pizza range.

Black Rock Grill - stand 210
Following its appearance last year, Black Rock Grill is bringing table theatre to an increasing number of pubs. A slab of volcanic rock, heated in an oven, is bought to the table. The customer cooks their own meat or seafood on the rock, with the heat sealing in the natural juices and flavour. The rock stays hot at the table for at least an hour, allowing a large helping of steak and swordfish, for example, to be cooked chunk-by-chunk, with the final mouthful as tasty as the first. New this year are stylish black plates.
Curry Sauce Company - stand 416
Pubs can serve authentic tasting curry meals prepared in minutes, with genuinely ready to use sauces from the Curry Sauce Company - no need to even chop an onion! There are no artificial ingredients in the products, and a choice of 14 flavours including Indian, Thai, Moroccan, Malaysian.
