It's another jam-packed weekend of sport, filled with FA Cup quarter-finals and Six Nations rugby. All four FA cup quarter-finals will be televised, as will the three international rugby union matches.

Saturday sees Scotland host Ireland at Murrayfield as the men in green look to retain the Triple Crown they won last year. Coverage starts on BBC1 from 1.00pm, with kick-off at 1.30pm.

Next up it's Italy v Wales. The Azzurris are looking for their first-ever back-to-back Six Nations wins, having won away in a tournament match for the first time by beating Scotland a fortnight ago. The Welsh showed great spirit against the French last time out, and will certainly not be a pushover for the Italians. Pride is on the line. Kick-off at 3.30pm.

The first of the football matches is between Middles-brough and Man U. Both sides needed replays to get to this stage. The match kicks off at 5.30pm on BBC1.

Sunday's action starts with football, when Chelsea take on Tottenham Hotspur in a London derby. Both sides won 4-0 in the last round. Coverage from 12.30pm, kick-off is at 12.45pm on BBC1.

Stick with the Beeb for the rugby, and England v France. Brian Ashton's men must try to bounce back from the heavy defeat to Ireland two weeks back, and can count on Irish support for this match. Defeat for the French will improve Ireland's Six Nations title chances. Kick-off at 3.00pm

Sky will show the third quarter-final, between Black-burn Rovers and Manchester City. The match starts at 4.00pm on SS1, which clashes with the second half of the rugby.

Plymouth Argyle v Watford is the last quarter-final, again on BBC1. Argyle last made it this far in the FA Cup back in 1984. They lost to Watford in the semis that year. Coverage from 5.50pm, and kick-off time for this one is 6.00pm.
