The Albion in Carnforth, Lancashire, came up trumps at an awards ceremony for Thwaites managed pubs - by scooping three gongs.
Albion managers John and Lynn Gallagher were named Managers of the Year, landing an all-expenses paid holiday to Dubai. The pub also won Catering Pub of the Year and Best Staff Team.
Thwaites' retail director Paul Howarth said: "It was an enjoyable night packed with entertainment; above all it recognised the best performers within our pub estate.
"Our 2006 focus was on investment - not only on the millions we committed to refurbishing pubs, but also on staff training, product quality and development of our offer.
"That policy will continue during 2007 when we will also invest in the estate by adding new properties to the Thwaites portfolio."
A £40,000 cheque in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support, raised by Thwaites managers, was also presented.
