A mother and daughter who found their dream pub through the Channel Four property programme Relocation Relocation have put it on the market.

The freehold of the Bell in Great Cheverell, near Devizes, Wiltshire, is for sale for £695,000 through Davey & Co. Gill Currie and her daughter Sara purchased the village freehouse in March 2005, following a year-long search by TV show presenters Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer.

The owners are now looking to sell as they wish to run a bed-and-breakfast outlet.

"Since taking over the pub we have increased turnover, added to the food side of the business and integrated well with customers," said Sara.

"However we are now looking for a new challenge and have decided to put the freehouse up for sale."

The Bell has a lounge bar, restaurant and function room with a total of 180 covers. There is an enclosed beer garden and three-bedroom owner's accommodation with a private garden. The trade is split approximately 60%:40% in favour of wet sales.

Annual turnover is approximately £245,000, although the pub trades on limited hours at present.
