Pubs across the City of London will be the venues for a mammoth summer pub quiz with a difference.
Safety Thirst, the organisation which rewards pubs that have reached a high standard in general safety and crime prevention, is running the quiz in 25 venues.
Rather than spending one evening in one pub, participants can visit 25 different pubs over the summer. Each venue holds a different answer, and quiz-goers need to visit them all to the complete the challenge.
Safety Thirst is run by City of London Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership which consists of the City of London Corporation, the City of London Police, the London Fire Brigade and other organisations within the Square Mile.
Simon Murrells, chair of the Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership, said: "The Safety Thirst Pub Quiz is the perfect opportunity to visit venues across the City of London which are recognised as achieving the highest standards in safety and security."
