The team at the Old Crown, in the Cumbrian village of Hesket Newmarket, is the latest to be nominated for Proud of Your Staff.
Licensee Lou Hogg says his staff have been "absolutely wonderful" since he and his wife, Linda took over two-and-a-half years ago.
The Old Crown claims to be Britain's first co-operatively owned pub. More than 100 of the villagers have shares in the pub and all of the staff are locals.
Lou is particularly appreciative of the flexibility that his staff show. "They are always happy to work extra shifts, because they enjoy being here," he says.
One recent example was when a 50th birthday party group wanted to book a last-minute table for food after the pub's 8.30pm cut-off point.
"I spoke to our chef about the situation and he was very understanding and said he'd do it no problem," says Lou.
Lou is also proud of how his younger members of staff adapt to working in the pub.
"It really improves their sociability and helps them get experience of different outlooks on life," he says.
But Lou reserves special mentions for his kitchen supervisor Mags and his wife Linda.
"Mags has been a mainstay of the pub and she's always around to help out," adds Lou.
"As for my wife, she often takes on more than me!"l Are you Proud of Your Staff?
