The gastro pub will become a world player this May with the launch of a Geronimo Inns pub at Heathrow airport.
Travellers from all corners of the globe will be offered a menu of British pub classics, including corned-beef hash with fried egg, and pork and Guinness sausage with mustard mash at the 160-cover Tin Goose.
Rupert Clevely, Geronimo Inns managing director, said: "A pub is not a natural part of many countries' culture.
"Visitors from Germany, South Africa and Japan will find the pub an interesting and exciting place to dine."
The pub's menu will blend British, European and Asian cuisine.
Clevely predicts food sales will account for around 35% of turnover at the £900,000 pub, which is themed around travel of the 1930s and '40s.
The venue will focus on serving "simple, quick, high-quality cuisine" according to Clevely. It will also champion British ingredients.
Clevely added: "We will try and focus on serving quality ingredients from small suppliers whenever possible. Traceability is a key issue and we will be flagging up the use of local produce on the menu."
Main courses will be priced from £5 to £10 with daily specials available at £13.
