"Well, I can't really say, because I am actually having problems getting it delivered. It was supposed to be here on 1 December and it still has not arrived. We don't get card fraud here really, as we are a small pub in a tiny village. I'll let you know when I finally get the machine!"

"I have converted to Chip & PIN, but due to a bit of a balls up I haven't received my box yet. I need one of those ones which you can walk around with and instead they sent me one with a wire on. As regards card fraud, I have absolutely no idea whether it will reduce it but I have never come across it here."

"We have converted and yes it has been a success. We were fortunate enough not to have any real problems with card fraud before, but the customers are certainly happier now. We have a remote device which we can take out to the garden. It has helped us two-fold it is a lot easier to use and we have experienced no card fraud as yet."

"We haven't converted yet because of our bank. We have a 100-seater restaurant so we need a mobile box and the bank has no availability on these at the moment. They are waiving the charges on any fraudulent activity until they get them in. I don't think our customers will like the Chip and PIN though. We get a lot of retired people from Bath and Bristol who are not used to using these new security devices. It's not their cup of tea."
