Carnegies Leisure, the Glasgow-based operator, is coming out of the late-night sector by selling its six Scottish nightclubs.
The group is selling its chain of high profile units which include Babylon nightclubs in Ayr, Greenock and Edinburgh as well as the EXPO in Kilmarnock, Mannequins in Paisley and Fouquets in Glasgow.
The Carnegies Group has sold off a couple of prominent sites in the last few months including a large property in Hope Street, Glasgow. Christie & Co is handling the sale of the clubs, the prices of which range from £495,000 freehold to £1,250,000.
