  • Punch Pub Company is continuing on the acquisition trail with the purchase of the Bay Horse Inn in Ashurton, Devon (pictured). The company beat four other purchasers to the freehold by bidding £15,000 above the asking price of £325,000.

The property is 300 years old and boasts a main bar, pool room and three bedroom owner's accommodation. The site is currently 100 per cent wet led so there is potential to develop the food side of the business. Distinctive Business Agents handled the sale.
