Publican.com users are being given a unique opportunity to enter into a live debate with some of the most powerful personalities in the trade.

Licensees will be able to ask a question, add comment or simply put their side of the story to a distinguished line up of panellists at this year's Publican Conference on November 7.

So if you fancy putting across your opinions directly to Punch boss Giles Thorley, quizzing Greene King's Neil Gillis on pub brands or asking Pret A Manger's Esther O'Halloran on the best way to motivate staff, then here's your chance.

Questions can be put to any of the speakers who are taking part in three panel debates (see below) on the day of the conference.

Your question or comment will be fed to delegates and panellists via your phone and you will be able to listen in on the whole debate.

So whether you would like to use this as an opportunity to put pubco bosses under the spotlight or simply help build your business through practical advice, register your question now.

Simply phone The Publican's Editor Lorna Harrison on 020 8565 4461 or email lornah@thepublican.com and leave your name, telephone number, question and the name of the panellist it's for.

We will be contacting a shortlist of licensees who submit the most powerful questions to take part in this important forum. We look forward to hearing from you.
