Rewarding catering excellence
On Monday 4th of February 2002, pub catering's leading chefs, licensees, pub companies and suppliers gathered at The London Hilton Hotel on Park Lane to recognise and reward the best pub food operators.
Hosted by Lloyd Grossman, the event provided all attending with a great night meeting industry colleagues and celebrating with the winners, while enjoying entertainment from the Pop Tarts.
The past twelve months have seen an extensive selection process for the sixty award finalists, all at the forefront of catering innovation and customer service.
The fifteen awards reflected the enormous diversity of cuisines and fresh ideas coming from pubs across the UK.
