Greene King Pub Company's growth has led to new directors joining the board in a management shake-up.
Former general managers John Barclay, Marc McGuigan, Kevin Milligan and Nigel Moore have been given the new senior roles.
Matthew Ashmore, who joined from Costa Coffee, has also joined the board as operations director in charge of the Hungry Horse food pub brand.
They join alongside managing director Neil Gillis, who arrived a year ago, commercial director Richard Hitt, marketing director Adam Collett, human resources director Julian Bradwell and company secretary Daren Lowry.
Mr Gillis said: "The company continues to go from strength to strength, and the new structure reflects the continuing hard work and dedication demonstrated by the new board.
"We have successfully managed to consolidate our position in the market after the integration of the Morland and Marston's businesses into the retail operation of Greene King."
Mr Barclay, who is responsible for the inns division, has been with the company since 1997 and risen from area manager in the Hungry Horse division.
He is a past winner of the Operations Manager of the Year Awards, organised by the Association of Licensed Multiple Retailers.
Mr Milligan is in charge of the community pubs division, where he has been general manager for over two years. Mr McGuigan heads the circuit bars division and Mr Moore looks after town locals.
