The wonderful world of cask beer is unique to the great British pub but the magic doesn’t happen by itself.
Here is a training deck that Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company (CMBC) technical specialist John Fogg uses when teaching pub licensees and their staff the ins and outs of how to set up their cask beers and so much more including different methods of using a cask barrel, any hygiene issues, the difference between cask and keg and conditioning to name but a few.
