Ember Inns has launched its annual Drink Pink campaign in a bid to raise £50,000 for charity Against Breast Cancer.
The four week campaign will be launched by tennis ace Greg Rusedski and his wife Lucy Rusedski next Monday (May 18)
During the campaign 5p of every drink in the company's Drink Pink range will be donated to the charity. Like previous campaigns this will include a glass of rosé wine by brands Jacobs Creek and Montana.
This year the range has been extended to include Lily the Pink, a cask ale designed by Wadworth brewery and Tickled Pink, made with Martini and Pomegranate juice. Other additional drinks are Lady Penelope, a non alcoholic mocktail, and a bottle of Pink Jacques Fruits des Bois cider.
Sarah Sansom, marketing manager for Ember Inns, said: "We are so excited about the launch of this year's Drink Pink campaign. It's Ember's 10th birthday this year and we wanted to mark our anniversary by making a record donation to Against Breast Cancer.
"I would like to say a huge thank you to all of the suppliers who have got involved. It has been fantastic working with them to create such a broad range of drinks for the campaign and we are particularly looking forward to seeing the reaction of our male guests to the Lily the Pink ale."
The company is planning to hold a Pink Party over the late May bank holiday weekend, where customers will have a chance to win prizes through the Pink Ticket raffle. People will also be able to buy an Against Breast Cancer pin badge at their local Ember Inn pub for a donation of £1 throughout the campaign.
