Frozen food supplier Glendale has increased its portfolio of meat-free dishes to include veggie burgers, stuffed peppers and mushrooms, vegetarian croquettes and flame-grilled corn on the cob. All are supplied pre-prepared, pre-cooked and quick-frozen in a variety of portion-controlled packs.
The products can be quickly reheated in a microwave, oven or bain-marie. The range also includes vegetable curries, lasagnes, three-bean casseroles and aubergine bakes.

Slice of the pie
3G Food Service has introduced a range of pie wedges. The range includes steak, ale and Stilton pie and steak and ale pie, both featuring prime cuts of Yorkshire beef marinated in Theakston's Old Peculier ale. Also on offer are Provençale vegetables and goats' cheese pie; chicken, leek and ham pie, and chicken and woodland mushroom pie.

Delicious panini
Bread manufacturer Délifrance UK has launched a vegetarian option to complement its range of pre-filled, microwavable panini. Filled with mozzarella, chargrilled courgettes, aubergines and peppers, the vegetable and mozzarella Provencette is a tasty, Mediterranean-style snack that comes pre-grilled to reduce preparation time. The product can be microwaved from frozen in three minutes.
