S&NPE has acquired five pubs from Adnams

The deal, first revealed by M&C Report, is valued in the region of £1.5m and the pubs are part of a package of nine put on the market earlier this year.

The five pubs are the Two Brewers in Diss, the Plasterers in Norwich, the Prince Consort in Great Yarmouth, and the County Arms and the Grand Old Duke, both in Ipswich.

The five remaining sites on the market are located in Norwich, Knoddishall and two in Colchester.

The deal was brokered by Christie+Co.
