Trust Inns to sell 15 pubs
Trust Inns, the North West-based operator of around 580 pubs, is selling 15 pubs.
The batch of pubs is predominantly based in the north of England and comprises of 11 freeholds and four long leaseholds.
The sites range in price from £125,000 to £500,000, with some being sold for alternative use.
“Given the nature of these sites and the potential for alternative use, we expect these pubs to attract a considerable amount of interest from speculators, property developers and specialist leisure investors as well as the traditional public house groups,” said Martin Stansmore of Christie + Co Corporate Pubs, which is marketing the pubs.
