Dennis, you have my empathy re Enterprise but as much as you may think so, all may not be lost. My laymans opinion is that the way Enterprise treat their tenants may well have retrospective legal ramifications for them. To keep up to date with developments, I strongly recommend that you join the FAIRPINT campaign. If I'm wrong about the legal aspects, at least you will have the satisfaction of knowing that your experience will help load the gun. |
