The meal, which was created by Craig Harker, owner of Stockton-on-Tees pub the George, contains a 5lb turkey crown, 2lbs of mashed potatoes, 1lb of turnip and swede mash, 30 sprouts, 30 broccoli florets, 15 cauliflower florets, 40 carrots, 35 parsnips, 25 roast potatoes and 30 balls of stuffing.
Ridiculous
Harker said: "We always do different food challenges and it's an important time of year. I saw the biggest one that was 21lb so I made I was going over that.
"I haven't tried it myself, I might have to wait and share it with someone."
Impressive
The record meal Harker claims to have trumped weighed in at 9.6kg (21.16lb). The George is currently in the process of submitting proof to Guinness World Records.
The monster dish is cooked to order at the George and will only be served on Sundays.
Competitive eater Adam Moran attempted to finish the dish but could only consumer roughly 12lbs of food before admitting defeat.

But the George isn't the only pub to have put on a mammoth Christmas eating challenge. Leicester pub the Gravity, Hinckley, recently created a 3,500 calorie Christmas dinner consisting of two kilograms of turkey, eight pigs in blankets, 11 Yorkshire puddings, over a kilogram of roast potatoes and a jug of gravy.
